Goal-oriented & Reliable
PROJECT
DEVELOPMENT
Developing a potential project is often an iterative process with a long lead time. Large delays compared to original plans and large cost overruns compared to optimistic estimates are often reasons for disappointment and difficult decision-making. My experience is that this is not necessary. While developing something new is always iterative, a structured approach guarantees realistic plans and budgets and speeds up decision-making. A requirement is that the approach used is simple and practical and that it is widely understood and accepted by all people involved in the project.

PROJECT
MANAGEMENT
Budget and planning, that's what it's all about when managing a project. Delivering the agreed project scope within the agreed budget and within the agreed time is the most important expectation of the clients. Coordination between the various parties involved is the key to success. From the client to the contractor, from the local resident to the licensing authority, from the supplier to the customer, consultations, agreements and contracts must be made with all of them.

ENGINEERING
MANAGEMENT
The technical design is an important basis on which the implementation of the project is based. It determines the project scope and most of the budget and schedule. The design process itself can also be complex. By clearly phasing it from concept design to detailed engineering, design decisions are made at the right time in the process; not too early, because that costs an unnecessary amount of money at a time when it is not yet necessary, but also not too late, because that can lead to delays and additional work.
