FJJ Consult stands for reliable technical project advice. My name is Feiko Jager and I work as an independent technical project consultant. In 30+ years in the energy industry I have gained a lot of experience with storage and transport of fuels and gases in the Netherlands and abroad. I now like to apply that knowledge in a more sustainable direction. Hydrogen and hydrogen carriers in particular have my attention.

During the first 20 years of my career I gained valuable experience at Royal Vopak, the global market leader in the independent tank storage industry. During this period I worked at management and board level, both at operating companies and at the corporate head office. During this period I worked and lived in Sweden and Germany.

Since 2009 I work as an independent consultant and partner at Riverlake. The number of projects I worked on as a consultant is increasing year by year. These projects took place in the Netherlands and in many other countries such as Switzerland, Spain, Oman, Egypt, Ghana and Tanzania.

In recent years I have focused more on sustainable energy and carried out projects in the Netherlands aimed at the storage and transhipment of hydrogen carriers such as ammonia and methanol and the production of hydrogen through electrolysis.
